Our Story
Sawbriar Brewing grew out of a simple conviction: the best beer doesn't need a big city to be great. It needs patience, good water, and a community that shows up.
We set up our brewhouse on South York Highway because this town — Jamestown, the gateway to the high country — deserves a place where neighbors gather over something made with care. Every batch is small enough to watch, bold enough to remember.
